About Me
I make games and create tutorials on game development
I've been a programming for quite a few years now, but I've always wanted to make games. A number of things have stopped me from pursuing this sooner; The cost of software such as Photoshop and Unity and the fact that I'm not very good at art.
However I've recently discovered a number of free and open source alternatives to Photoshop and Unity, such as: Krita for digital art, Blender for 3D modelling and the Godot game Engine.
These free and open source alternatives to more popular game development software has led me to create a number of games that I hope to release soon. And I guess we'll wing it with the art stuff.
This website will be a convenient place to share these games with people as well as share the information that I have learned while developing these games in a series of tutorials that I will publish in the tutorial section.
If you have any suggestions or topics you would like me to cover, please contact me at the bottom of this page.

Jetpack Pug
Jetpack Pug is a game that I created in my spare time over a couple
of weekends because I wanted to create a very simple game that I hadn't
spend too much time on to learn what I needed to know about distributing
a game once it was completed.
The game is kind of like Flappy Bird but instead playing as a bird
you play as a pug with a jetpack in space. Tap the screen, press the
space bar or click to make the pug thrust upwards. The pug falls with
gravity. The aim of the game is to avoid the obstacles, every time you
avoid an obstacle you score a point…
